My husband can’t sleep at night, so many nights he takes Ambien in order to sleep all night long. Not too long ago though, he found himself waking up outside and he didn’t know how he got there. He also stumbles like a drunk through the house unaware of anything in the morning. His inhibitions are lowered and he says things that he would never dare say “sober” as I call it. There are problems with Sleep meds, although for a lot of people they do work fine, you need to be aware of what you could be doing in the middle of the night.
