Day Sleepers and Night Sleepers

The thing about sleeping is that we all know that most people sleep during the evening. But today, people are forced to sleep during the daytime to make up for lack of sleep or to adhere towards governing sleeping conditions such as insomnia and other known sleep disorders.

With this video, we can see the variance between a bird sleeping at night and an owl that sleeps at day. While people may not easily distinguish the difference, we can clearly see that at any time of the day, people may opt to sleep at day or at night.
