The Chinese have been known to produce different kinds of herbal medicines and remedies for various illnesses and sleep disorders are no exception to it. We are all aware that Insomnia is a nagging sleep disorder that has affected majority of the people today. While a lot of the insomniacs have tried the various normal means, medical intervention for some has obviously been the way to go.

Chinese practices have been often criticized and questioned. But the important thing is seeing if the herbal medicine does indeed work safely and properly.
